Sunday Cooking

As soon as I woke up this morning I knew I wanted to cook and bake and have a lazy Sunday :)
I decided to make breakfast for my boyfriend and I this morning and cooked my eggs in with my bread. Its a thing that my dad has been doing for some time now, I believe he saw it off a movie and thought it would be fun to try.

To make these eggs it is quite simple. Literally cut a hole in your bread place it in the pan and crack your egg in the middle of the bread for it to cook. The key is to keep it on a low temp so the egg can cook but not burn the bread and keep a lid over the pan so the egg can cook fully. I think its a lot of fun and makes your breakfast look a little different.
It was a lovely morning on my balcony and I cut some fresh flowers from my garden to decorate the table :)

Once we finished breakfast we headed out to Value Village and of course I bought more things which I will make a post about :) When I got back home a thunderstorm began and I thought it would be the perfect time to bake these Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins I`ve been eyeing down to bake. I got the idea from one of my favourite blogs Cupcakes and Cashmere ! What I love about her blog is there is so much to see..the fashion side...the baking side..home decor and her outfits all in one blog! The link to get the recipe for the muffins are here > Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

 Lots of Rainnnnn

They were so good..added some butter and a pinch of cinnamon to the them and made them that much better :) Happy Sunday Everyone
