Tweed Skirt

Here is my look for today!

As many of you know I love the tweed look in jackets and skirts. It's very Chanel and I'm in love with anything Chanel. What's great about this skirt is that you can completely dress this skirt up or in my case casual it down with some Converse and a leather jacket.

I will post a look later on this month to show you guys a dressy way to put this skirt together.

Oscars 2013

My family and I are huge movie people, so every year we go all out and have a fun Oscars party!!

It was just my family members but we had tons of food, Shirley temples and champagne :)

I don't know about you but I really enjoyed The Oscars this year. I wasn't expecting much with the host Seth Macfarlane, but I thought he did an amazing job and now I have the biggest crush on him!!

I hope everyone had a fabulous night, but let's move on to the dresses :D

My favorite dresses were...

Jennifer Lawrence in Dior. I'm seriously in love with her (and I think her and Bradley Cooper need to date) plus I love how daring she is with her dresses! She looked amazing, even when she fell going up the stairs!

Family Day

Monday was Family Day in Canada, so everyone had the day off to hang out with their families. My family day was spent with lots of food :)

I woke up and made my family some waffles! Later that day we ordered in some sushi, went for a winter walk then ended the night with some hot chocolate by the fire!! Perfect family day overall!

Yesterday I went to the Maroon 5 concert!! I absolutely love them and saw them once before at an outdoor concert! They were yet again amazing, and here are some photos of my night :)

Valentine's Week!

I hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day with their loved ones!!

Here is some things I got for my loved ones!

My mom helps me out a lot with my blog, as she is my photographer, so I decided this year to get her a Valentine's Day gift to say thank you!

A long belted cardigan, rose printed Pajama bottoms and a heart box of chocolates! 

It's always so hard finding gifts for guys on Valentine's Day so I just put together an assortment of things for Jordan. Mini heart cakes, (snacks for when he goes back to school) the new Sports Illustrated, (which I wanted to check out too) a funny Valentine's Day card (he is in love with dogs) and a heart box of chocolates!

Jordan had a midterm the day of Valentine's Day and because his school is an hour and a half away I didn't think he was going to make it home that night. A snow storm hit that night too so I was convinced I would just see him that Friday! Sure enough half an hour before close he surprised me at work with a bouquet of roses and some candies :)

Then of course we ended our night with some pizza and a good movie!

Saturday night Jordan and I also went to Toronto to watch the Maple Leafs game and go out for a late Valentine's Day dinner.
