My Favorite Lipsticks

When it comes to my lips I'm a huge lover for lip balms and lipsticks.
If you were to look in my purse I literally have piles of lip balms and lipsticks. You never want chapped lips and you never know what color your feeling that day for a bright lipstick.
I decided to make a post about my favorite lipsticks that I've been loving the past few years. I have 5 but I'm also planning on buying some more so I will keep you guys updated on new favorites.

This was my true first lipstick  I love a matte finish and prefer it then the glossy or sheer lipsticks. I think matte looks better on me, the color stands out more and is super pigmented. Russian Red is a dark red and has been my go to color over the last few winters.
My next list of matte lipsticks from M.A.C I would like to purchase are Ablaze, Heroine, Candy Yum Yum, Diva, Lady Danger and Sin.

This lipstick was part of those sample bags Clinique puts together every few months. They have put lipsticks in before but I usually don't like the color and don't try them out. This time around they gave a bright red. I love my red lipsticks so I tried this one out. I was so beyond impressed with this lipstick. The title does say it all (long last lipstick) it truly did that, but actually stayed pigmented on my lips. This became my go to red this past winter and Russian Red was put aside. When I run out I will definitely be going to buy a full size one or some more colors :)

This is another M.A.C lipstick that I love. It is a bright but dark pink (if that makes sense) and I lived in this color the past summer. Like what the title says this lipstick is more of a creamy texture but still lasts and goes on nicely. I'm hoping to pick up the Candy Yum Yum (matte) color from M.A.C to have another great pink for this upcoming summer.

This lipstick was a spur of the moment purchase. On a night when my friend and I decided to go look around Shoppers for hours we came across these lipsticks. What caught my eye was the pretty packaging. I'm a sucker for pretty packaging. I had never tried these lipsticks before but I was up to grab one. When I found out it was $40 I really didn't want to spend that much, but eventually my friend convinced me to buy it (bad friend). Just kidding, because it's now one of my favorite lipsticks. It is definitely the creamiest/silkiest of my lipsticks but again lasts long and is such a gorgeous pink with a hint of red.

This is my newest purchase for lipsticks and again was a spur of the moment decision when I spent way to long and way to much money at shoppers a month back. Like I said before I love matte and this pink was super bright and looked really nice with my complexion. I'm sure I will be living in this color this summer. I have heard that this can be a bit drying but if your not use to matte it can feel a bit dry. As long as you moisturize before or you have moisturized lips I can't see you having any issues. I didn't and felt it lasted me a  long time.

I have a list of lipsticks I want to purchase soon like, Kate Lipsticks by Rimmel, more M.A.C, Sephora and YSL.

What are your favorite lipsticks!!?
