Sephora Haul

The other day I stopped by Sephora and decided to buy a few things...

I have my set skin care routine but I've been getting quite bored of it. My beloved Clinique cream this winter was just not enough moisture and my Say Yes To cleanser is great but I wanted to mix it up a little.
I have heard so many amazing things about Ole Henriksen especially from one of my favorite bloggers Caroline.
When I went into Sephora I wasn't sure about buying them because they are a little bit of a heftier price.
The sales lady gave me a sample of their nurture me moisturizer specifically for dry skin and their truth serum collagen booster. I was instantly in love with the nurture me moisturizer. I only needed a little to apply to my whole face, it smelled wonderful, was enough moisture and made me skin feel amazingly soft. The collagen booster has won many awards so I really wanted to try it out. The collagen booster I treated as almost like a primer before I applied my makeup. It made my skin glow and when I ran out of it I noticed that I didn't have the glow to my face anymore.
I know this whole line is a lot for aging skin, which I'm not quite there yet, but I figured you can never start too early. This whole line is also made with a lot of natural ingredients which is perfect for my sensitive skin and has many other amazing benefits.
Now before I get started I will be doing a full review on this whole kit in a few weeks when I've fully had a chance to see what I thought of the products.
I have tried them out and definitely have my specifics I'm in love with already.
Although I was in love with two of the products before purchasing this, I decided to try out a whole tester kit to see what I thought of everything.

The kit came with African Red Tea Foaming Cleanser, Truth Serum Collagen Booster, Walnut Complexion Scrub, Invigorating Night Gel, Sheer Transformation Creme, Truth Revealed Super Creme in SPF 15 and Ultimate Lift Eye Gel.

My absolute favorites so far are the African Red Tea Foaming Cleanser, Truth Serum Collagen Booster and the Truth Revealed Super Creme in SPF 15.  The nurture me moisturizer wasn't in this kit, but I will be going to buy it because I had already sampled it out already and I prefer it over the Sheer Transformation Creme.

You can buy the kit (here) and costs around $70. Online it says $55 but I spent $70.

My next purchase was Benefits Stay Don't Stray primer/concealer.

I was out on the hunt for a new eye primer because I decided I was going to try out wearing eye shadows more often. I always get the ugly crease line when I wear shadows and I feel like they never stay on my eyes all day. I heard Too Faced and Urban Decay eye primers were marvelous so that was my intention to buy when I went into Sephora.
When I got talking to the sales lady she suggested the Benefit one because she used that one and it doubles as a concealer. BONUS because I was also on the hunt for a new concealer.
I really do love this product. It brightens my eyes, gives it that flawless look and my shadows stay on all day and I barely get the crease line.
I apply this and then depending on the day sometimes add a little more of another concealer to brighten up certain areas of my eye.
You can buy it (here) and costs $30.

Next is my beloved Nars Orgasm Blush

I mentioned before how I love this and just finished mine after years, so it was a must to repurchase.
You can buy it (here) and costs $32

I also bought something else but it's actually part of my birthday present (which my parents are paying me back for) I won't say anything about it but it's something I've wanted for a while and I can't wait to actually have it again haha

Speaking of my birthday if you are apart of Sephora's Beauty Insider you can get a birthday gift. My birthday is April 22 so when I bought my products the other day I was able to get my present then :)
BTW, if you're wondering how to become a Beauty Insider, you can literally sign up online or sign up when you first purchase something.

My birthday present was Benefit They're Real Mascara and Benefit Watts Up highlighter (Tester Size)

Benefit They're Real Mascara is the number one mascara out right now and there definitely is a reason why. I love this mascara and it made my eyes look even more giant then they already do. They just vamped up my eyelashes and gave them such volume. I can't even explain to you how black this black mascara is. It's fantastic and I usually don't prefer a plastic brush but this is wonderful. For a full size this costs $29.

Benefit Watts Up Highlighter is also great. I was already thinking about buying one of Benefit's highlighters because I heard they were one of the best and I really enjoyed this one. Looks stunning on an eyebrow bone and just on the top of your cheeks. For a full size this costs $36.

I also earned points with the Beauty Insider to try out a sample. The more points you earn the better samples you get to try out. I could have kept my points until they were much higher, but I decided to give it a go and try Tarte Amazonian Clay Double Detox Facial Mask
I'm not going to lie I have yet to try this out, but I will tonight. I will update this post probably tomorrow to let you know what I thought about it. This mask comes in a full facial system which costs $46.

Lastly, the nice lady at Sephora threw in a purse size Sephora mirror for me. I didn't even know she did until I checked my bag once I got home. A nice surprise and perfect for my bag!!

SOO there you have it. My Sephora Haul. I just get super giddy when buying products and I love to share them with you guys. Now keep in mind all of my thoughts and reviews on each product depends on my skin, which is dry and sensitive. These products may or may not work with your skin tone, so just please keep that in mind.

Anyways, I hope you have a great day. I finally had a day off and I've literally not left my bed and I love it :)
