Backyard Yoga



I'm the happiest women alive when I get to do almost anything I want outside and enjoy it. I was getting sick and tired of yoga indoors so I thought my backyard would be the perfect oasis for yoga. My backyard is just one giant garden and it truly is my happy place. My new routine this week is a run outside/walk, then going back to my backyard for some yoga, squats, lunges and sit ups.

When it comes to yoga I don't really go with a routine. I actually didn't love classes because I was too worried about keeping up with the class and trying to follow along as best as I could. I like to study poses and then try to do them myself on my own terms and on my own time. I like to perfect the pose and I find it a lot more relaxing on my own. I'm sure some yoga pros would discipline me with certain yoga poses not being exactly right, but Im A ok to kinda do my own thing. As long as I don't hurt myself and I notice improvements, then I'm a happy camper.


I purchased these pants at my hot yoga studio the other day and they are so wonderful. Of course the crazy pattern on them was the reason for the purchase.



I will make sure to keep posting my other favourite yoga poses in the following weeks!!
