I truly feel like my ultimate self when I wear outfits like these. As much as I love the beautiful summer weather and bikini season, fall fashion is where I feel most at home. I'm so excited for tons of denim this fall, plaid shirts, chunky scarves, red lipstick and blazers. I already have my outfit ideas running through my brain and I'm so excited to share all my outfits. Bootlegger sent me these amazing jeans and I know these will be apart of many fall outfits to come. These instantly fit me like a glove and are so comfortable. These are definitely as comfortable as my beloved Mavi jeans which Bootlegger sells as well.

Farmers Market

 

Here is my look for today!

My sister and I are trying to get back in the routine of making smoothies every morning, so we decided to set out to our local market to grab some fresh fruit. I consistently for months would make a super healthy smoothie every morning, but somehow have completely stopped. Starting my morning with a smoothie would always start me off right and I always felt amazing. I have been so up and down with my eating lately that I feel its a must to start back on my morning smoothies. I usually throw in whatever fruit I have around the house, but my sister and I decided to purchase some blueberries, strawberries, peaches and apples for our smoothies. I'm so excited to get back in the routine of making them and I seriously recommend it to anyone.

What Does the Fox Say?

Here is my look for today!

If you are looking for an easy, super comfy, casual dress, then you must buy this one. I was running out of the door yesterday, and this was so easy to pop on and go. You can dress it up like I have, or wear some sandals and a hat and your set for the market. It's such a wonderful fit and I freaked when I realized the pattern had foxes in it. All I want to sing is "What does the fox say?"

In other news who watched the VMA's last night!? I had fun watching with too much red wine and popcorn, but I thought the show this year was amazing. I'm going through an Iggy Azalea obsession, so I was a happy camper she performed last night. I feel I'm still trying to recover from the wine last night, so I plan on spending my evening in my pjs and getting all my clothes organized. I hope everyone has a great Monday.

Soak Up The Sun

I wrote in my previous post that we have had scorching hot weather, and I must have jinxed it because it truly feels like fall where I live now. I wore a leather jacket yesterday and I'm currently writing this post bundled up in a big sweater. I did take some photos of me laying out last week when the weather was beautiful, wearing a Ten Tree Apparel "Soak Up The Sun" shirt. I get a little sad looking at these photos. I'm seriously hoping the weather gets warmer.

Floral Dress

Here is my look for today!

I'm a sucker for anything floral so when I received this Pink Martini Collection dress I was ecstatic to have an entire dress with a beautiful bold floral print. I thought I would let the dress stand on its own with minimal accessories, but keep the bohemian style with a hat. 

I took these photos just as the sun was setting. Just being in my backyard full of flowers and green grass made me sad that summer is soon coming to end. I will be putting together a ton of fall outfits for my blog soon, but don't worry I will still make sure to incorporate some summer posts!!

Lululemon Top

We went through a slight cold spell last week, but this week is back to scorching hot summer weather. I've been taking full advantage of the weather and making sure I'm outside as much as possible. I found the perfect little spot on my balcony in the morning that has enough sun and shade, so it's possible for me to still see my screen to edit, but enough sun to get a bit of a tan. My backyard is my happy place, for relaxing in the morning, drinking coffee and eating fruit.

When I was in Muskoka visiting my best friend who works at Clevelands House Resort, I purchased this Lululemon sports bra/bathing suit. The resort is so nice and one morning while I was visiting, we set out to Abbeys bakehouse for some breakfast. The little bakehouse is a 19th century church and is adorable. Beside the bakehouse was a pop up Lululemon shop. Being the shopaholic that I am, I obviously had to take a look. It was so cool walking up to a small little pop up trailer full of Lululemon. I purchased this mint bathing suit top/sports bra. I'm pretty positive its more of a bathing suit, but this is also great for yoga.

White Crop Top

 Here is my look for today!

I've been embracing the crop top as much as possible lately and this long sleeve knit is a perfect transitional piece for end of summer, leading into fall. However, it was scorching hot the other night so rolling up the sleeves was a must, and pairing a slim shorter skirt made it an appropriate outfit for summer.

Ripped Jeans

Completely oblivious I had blue lips.

This is the outfit I wore the other day when I spent my day downtown Toronto shopping around Yorkville and grabbing lunch on a patio. It was such a beautiful day so the jeans were pushing it a bit, but I figured the rips gave them a summer look and was a bit breezy. I have been obsessing over Marble Slab lately, and my favourite flavour is cotton candy ice cream with bubble gum bits, nerds and marshmallows. Yes, I have the appetite of a 10 year old. I wasn't aware, as I was devouring my ice cream, that my whole mouth turned blue. Sorry for the blue ice cream/pink lipstick mouth.
