Walt Disney World

I FINALLY made it to the happiest place on earth. I've been wanting to go to Walt Disney World for as long as I can remember. Walking into Magic Kingdom and seeing the castle for the first time was honestly a little emotional. I was the giddiest little 25 year old girl and everything exceeded my expectations. It's truly a fake world and everything is beautiful...even the garbage cans.

I ended up visiting all four theme parks...Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios and Animal Kingdom. Magic Kingdom was obviously my favourite park with the giant castle, Beauty & The Beast and Little Mermaid sections. Epcot was a surprising favourite for me as I didn't know a whole lot about that park. Epcot recreates the most famous parts of different countries and it's absolutely remarkable. The photo below was taken in "Venice" and it truly felt like I was in Italy!

I completely understand why families go to Walt Disney World, especially if they stay in the Disney Park resorts. I ended up staying at the Magic Kingdom Lodge and it was so convenient and easy to go from park to park. Each hotel has a bus stop with a station to each park. Every 15 minutes or so a bus will roll up displaying the park it's heading to and off you go. It was so nice to not worry about extra travel fees or trying to figure out how to get from one place to the next. Walt Disney World is truly a dream and if you are a little kid at heart like me, you will absolutely love it!!
